CyberGenies currently operates predominantly in virtual office mode thereby incurring very little overhead costs. The 5 full-time employees and the 5 part-time employees of the company work mostly at client sites or out of their home offices. Nevertheless, the company is in the process of procuring suitable office space in the Tampa Bay area for the WISPLinq endeavor.

The company's key suppliers are Wi-LAN (makers of the WiMAX wireless equipment used in the WISPLinq architecture, Sputnik (makers of the Wi-Fi wireless equipment also used in the WISPLinq architecture), Proxim (makers of WiMAX and Wi-Fi equipment used in CyberGenies wireless infrastructure solutions) and Dell Computer Corporation.
